New Mexico Surety Bonds are handled in the Southwest Regional office for Bid, Performance and Payment, and other contract Bonds for contracts $400,000 and over. New Mexico Surety Bonds that are less that $400,000 or commercial, fidelity or court bonds are handled in our home office.
